Guests enjoy the EAST WING comprising 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, small library, kitchen/living room with large double desk, work area, a sofa, astounding views of the Earth's curve on the horizon, private patio & shaded arbour under vine. Kitchen comprises fridge, microwave-oven, toaster, kettle, crockery. A washer & dryer are available. BEDROOMS: - 'GARDEN OF EDEN': South facing, ground floor. Stunning views out to sea & direct access to garden & pergola. Queen size bed. Bathroom shared with the other Guest Room. - 'JASMINE': North facing, ground floor. Small double bed. Bathroom shared with other Guest Room. M Y F A V O U R I T E W A L K F R O M T H E H O U S E . . . takes one along the aptly called Zig Zag Road to Ventnor Beach. Stop for a drink at Spyglass Inn (one of Britain's best pubs), then walk the stunning coastal path to Steephill Cove - a traditional, unspoilt cove whose sandy beach lies nestled between rocky cliffs and ancient smugglers' coves. Time for a swim, followed by fresh crab soup or pasties at the delightful eateries on the cove before venturing up to the spectacular Botanical Gardens. Learn about the successful Ventnor Method of gardening. Then perhaps watch cricket at the adjacent club or promenade in the Municipal Gardens (live music) and have Cream Tea at the elegant Royal Hotel. Time to freshen up for drinks on our Sunset Patio, then head to the Drunken Lobster (one of the island’s many exceptional restaurants) and any evening's entertainment at the Ventnor Arts Club.
