My husband and I are retired and live 9 months of the year in Florida. We love our home in Beverly as well as our Southern digs. We are very active and spend a lot of time in upkeep when we are here. We are very responsive landlords and make sure that all problems get fixed--we will answer the phone when you call. We are looking for people who would love and care for this space. It is a quiet, lovely historical neighborhood, and we would like to find those who really want to be in this neighborhood. Within a few blocks, you will find the town of Beverly, and within a 10 minute walk from here, you can be on a train to Boston or Newburyport.

Walk to town, the train, and the harbor. This is the owner’s unit of a two family home in a quiet historical residential neighborhood. There are three private entrances and a lovely backyard deck, two and a half bathrooms and two bedrooms. Hardwood floors throughout the home. One of the bedrooms and a full bath are upstairs. We also have laundry-washer and dryer on the first floor. Possible garage space may be available for an extra fee. No smoking. One month’s security deposit and first month’s rent. Credit scores and references will be required.
