Description
I am an emeritus of Community Health Science in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Calgary. We are relocating to Cape Breton for a year to a home on the water. We are looking for someone who will care for our home here in Calgary. Our home has been fully renovated to express a unique and European design found in Scandinavia. The furniture and art is a reflection of our sense of home. We hope the tenant has an appreciation of not only this condo and take advantage of this welcoming community and diverse neighbors. This a unique space with easy access to green spaces and local shopping and recreational opportunities. We are hoping to find a person or family to enjoy a calm and creative environment. We are looking for responsible tenants who will care for our home as their own.

Comments: The condo itself is very quiet and quite large. We have redone the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. The master bedroom is large with a new ensuite and adjustable king bed. The second bathroom has a jetted tub. Please enjoy a calm creative space.
