Hi, I am a 41 year old Associate Professor, currently working at UC Santa Cruz in CA. I will be in NYC with my spouse (who works in publishing in NYC), and our toddler for the time listed above (we have some flexibility with dates). I own my 3BR townhouse in Santa Cruz and would be happy to discuss a swap if that serendipity allows. We've lived in every housing situation imaginable and have been subletters ourselves so we know how to take care of people's things and spaces. About Me
I am a professor in the Department of Performance, Play & Design in Santa Cruz. Before moving to CA, I lived in the UK, Czech Republic, Argentina, and South Korea (and traveled extensively during my 20s). I own my townhouse in Santa Cruz and would also be interested in a swap. I do not smoke, and in my late 30s. I have a spouse (whose job is in NYC so we try to be bicoastal), a little baby, born in May 2022, and a short hair dog. Our social network in NYC is already well established (I'm from the East Coast originally) so I am looking forward to jumping back in when I arrive. I've lived in Fort Greene, Harlem, Hamilton Heights, and UWS in the past. I work in the arts and in activism. I am a queer transracial adoptee (Korean American) and all my research revolves around the body, identity, and power. If you have other questions, please ask!
