Looking for an unfurnished or semi-furnished space in/near Paris

Hello! My name is Celia and I am from Spain, although I have been living in France for the past 5 years and have lived all over the world. I recently obtained my PhD in social sciences and will be starting a research position at the INRAE in Paris. As I am currently living in Nantes, I am beginning to plan my move to the Paris area. My family and I are long-time users of Sabbatical Homes and I figured it was worth trying my search here! I have my own furniture so ideally I am looking for an unfurnished or a semi-furnished space. My contract begins on December 1st, 2025, although I am able to find other arrangements if the apartment were not available before early 2026 for example. I am extremely well-organized and take my living situation very seriously, and would take great care of your home. I am ideally looking for a space with parking, as I do own a car. Aside from that, I am open to staying anywhere in Paris and its surroundings that is not too far from a metro stop! If you or someone you know has any such property in mind, or can think of any suggestions, I would be very greatful for your insights and help. My budget is approximately 1200€ per month, although ideally it would be closer to 1000€. I am happy to help organize a proper rental contract or any other arrangement that suits you best.
