Geophysicist & Systems Architect Seeking NYC House-Sitting

Description

I am an independent geophysicist and systems architect seeking a short-term house-sitting or caretaker arrangement in New York City while a homeowner is traveling this spring or early summer. I work remotely with a low-impact routine. I am accustomed to longer stays and professional travel and value quiet, respectful living. I am comfortable caring for a home during extended absences and am happy to assist with mail and package collection, plant care, and oversight to ensure the home remains secure and well maintained. I am flexible on location within NYC and open to arrangements ranging from several weeks to a couple of months (approximately mid-April through June or into July) depending on travel schedules. I am also open to discussing utility-only or low-cost arrangements if preferred, but my primary interest is in a trust-based house-sitting stay. I travel alone, do not smoke, and do not have pets.
